A NOTE ABOUT CHURCH PARKING
We have been advised by the Toronto Fire Department that the four parking spaces in front of the church have been designated as a ‘FIRE ROUTE’. This means that effective immediately, there is to be NO PARKING in these spaces. If you choose to do so, you could be subject to a $250.00 fine under the Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 880. The two handicap parking spaces at the end of the fire route are not affected.
From York Mills Subway Station on Line 1 (Yonge-University Line) take the 95A, 95B, 95C or 995 Express bus to Brookbanks Drive.
Take Exit 376 off HWY 401-W at Victoria Park Avenue. Turn left onto Victoria Park Avenue and make a right onto York Mills Road. At the second crosswalk, the church will be on the left.
Merge onto Don Valley Parkway South and take the York Mills Road Exit. Turn right onto York Mills Road (signs for York Mills Road E). At the fourth traffic light, the church will be on the left.
Parkwoods United Church is about many things, but essentially, it is about its people and what they do for the Glory of God. There is always that sense of “family”, with outreach in the local community and beyond.
